control scattering

Unread postby borly » Fri May 19, 2017 9:14 pm

I'm trying to make a forest by putting tree object ABCD inside the scatterer; is it possible to do by 50% for tree A, 20% for tree B, 20% for tree C and 10% for tree D? (Without making the new scatterer.)

Hi borly,

Until 3.5, one solution is to add multiple times the same tree in the scatterer object list :

5 times tree A
2 times tree B
2 times tree C
1 time tree D

Sorry if it sounds obvious ;)

Thank you so much,

I have been using Clarisse 3.0 until now, and recently changed to 3.5.
