Hello IsoTeam,

Would it be possible to add a node to control (overwrite) the projection mode/transform/uv transfrom from a texture map, something that you can place after the map_file node.

The actually texture node is pretty fine as it is, but sometimes I would like to reuse the same texture map with different projection settings, and for the moment 'we' have to duplicate the same textures over and over ... making some material graph more 'complex' than it should.

Hi,

Sure it would be useful.. I'll add a feature request for this.. Currently the best way is to instanciate the texture map, with localized projection modes, but yes it make the graph more complex.

Please add also the need to globally control multiple texture map coordinates at once. A node similar to the one Paq suggests, but to multiply all channeled transform/projection/uv values, so we can control the whole size of a material from a single node.

Hi,

Currently, this is not implemented.. about multiplying the values globally, some upcoming features already in the roadmap will make this possible.
