Render manager renders different to image view

Hey,

I'm having a problem with rendering. I render everything perfectly fine and as it should be in the image view but when I render through render manager the renders look super low quality and even has elements that shouldn't even be there.

I've attached both the image from image view and the rendered image from render manager below for reference. Everything is set up the way it should be, sampling settings are high, quality controls are all at 100%, the layers are all setup correctly too. Notice the dragonfly which shouldn't be shown as its in its own layer (a layer that is currently not visible) and also some trees to screen left.

I really need to figure this out ASAP as I need to start rendering this scene for my graduation in 2 months.

Thank you in advance,
Rassoul,

Hi,

In your render manager, two layers are checked to render. I guess one is rough and the other is Final quality. The problem is that the two layers have the same "Save as" filename. So once, the first layer is rendered and written to disk, the second is calculated and overwrites the first.
