We're pleased to announce that from now on, new bugs, crashes, ... will be logged via a brand new interface!
In order to be as reactive as can be, we've worked hard and imagined a tool that will guide you through the information that we need to reproduce your issue.
Everything will be done directly from your user panel, in the left part of the "Bug Tracker" section.
How does it work?
- When a new issue is reported, a new bug tracking ID is automatically created in our database.
- You'll then receive a notification that confirms a new ticket is opened.
- At any time, you have he possibility to add a comment via the comments section. We'll also use that section to communicate with you if we need more information.
- Once the issue is reproduced, ticket status switches to "Confirmed" and the task is added to our roadmap.
- Once it's fixed, the ticket is closed!
About bugs' visibility and confidentiality?
- When you select "Public", your bug will be visible by all the Clarisse community
- When you select "Private", only you and Isotropix will see the bug reported
