String pattern - Any of lowercase/uppercase characters

Unread postby snebout » Mon Jan 13, 2020 4:34 pm

Hello everyone,

I am new to Clarisse. I would like to know, if it's possible, with a string pattern, to matches any of the lowercase or uppercase characters in an expression to match multiple things at once? I would like to use that as a rule in the filter of my shading layer.

If it's not clear, I linked the houdini documentation about string patterns that explain really well what I am looking for.
Also, I did not have a chance to find something similar on the clarisse documentation. Is there anything about that on the clarisse documentation?

https://www.sidefx.com/docs/houdini/net ... terns.html

Thank you very much,

Hi there,

Shading Layers don't support expressions. They use instead a simple rule syntax following https://clarissewiki.com/4.0/rules_and_properties.html

Thank for your answer.
It would be nice to add expressions or something similar in the future.
