Bug Posting Guidelines

Unread postby isotropix » Fri Aug 09, 2013 4:44 pm

Before posting a bug, please:
  • Check if it's not already posted in the forum.
  • Try to give as much detail as you can. The better a bug is described the faster it can be reproduced and the quicker it will get fixed.
  • Specify Clarisse and OS version (ex: 1.6 SP1 Linux RHEL 6.4)
  • Post one bug at a time (one bug = one topic) otherwise it can get really difficult to track.

Thanks,
The Dev Team

Hi

I suggest to change your search engine behaviour :

The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: alembic.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards

Most of the search word fall in this trap ! So it is difficult to check if a related post did not exist.

The search engine has been updated. It should work way better. Thanks for pointing that out.
