Crashing problems

Hi, I'm experiencing that it crashes when it encounters slightly larger scenes. Also, I would like to know how to unlock the license from the previous computer and use it on the new one

Do you have precisions on your crashes ? Is it a reproducible setup ? What is your hardware ?

Hi dear, my computer configuration is AMD5950X&3070TI
I have upgraded the latest graphics card drivers. No problem with small models, crashes with large models

You probably don't have enough VRAM memory. 8 GB of VRAM is really the minimum recommended memory for GPU rendering on Angie.

So scary! If I plug in more than one video card is it possible to solve the problem of insufficient VRAM memory?

Not for the current version of Clarisse 5.5 early access since, multi GPU rendering is disabled in this release for now.
FYI GPU rendering will always need more memory than CPU for the same scenes (between 1.5 to 3 times more). There is nothing we can do about.

Also remember than VRAM is not only used by Clarisse and Angie, but also by other applications in the OS running in the background.
