It seems like a random mistake! I put together a file for reference.

In the meantime:
1. Can you check that all the source non-TX file UDIM tiles exist?
2. If you disable the TX File Cache and restart Clarisse, are all UDIM tiles loaded?

You still haven't authorized access to download the file.
We can't help with the problem without more information. We'd like to understand what happened to know if there's possibly a bug that we need to fix for the next release.
