[Released] Shotgun Integration with Clarisse iFX

Unread postby diegogarciahuerta » Sun Feb 10, 2019 11:25 pm

Hi there,

I've just released tk-clarisse, an integration of Clarisse iFX with Shotgun toolkit.

For those that do not know Shotgun, it is an asset and production management system that allow studios to keep track of their projects. Shotgun Toolkit is basically the integration of Shotgun within different DCC apps, so artists can follow already UIs/workflows to retrieve and publish their work.

Since I could not find any integration for Clarisse out there, I decided to work on it and release it to the community. The toolkit engine comes with hooks for most of the default apps, and fairly detailed instructions on how to install it from scratch (for those who are new to shotgun toolkit).

So far, I've had the chance to tested it with Clarisse iFx 3.6, and also with the recently released Clarisse iFX 4.0 (PLE edition) under Windows OS.

Hope this is useful for someone out there!

We did some test and it does run nicely on a Windows version, but under linux it's a bit more tricky.
Any idea what combination of centos 7, pyside and clarisse could work fine?

We use PySide on Centos7 with Clarisse and it works well. What kind of issue do you have?
Sorry for the late reply by the way.
