"ix" module import error

I followed the steps below to set up my Windows environment, but I was unable to import the module.

Please let me know where the problem was, as I have attached the execution steps.

This is a bug and it has already been reported here: https://www.isotropix.com/user/bugtracker/939.
You can subscribe to that bug to receive updates.
