Error on default installation: Invalid Python Configuration

Hi all,
I'm new to Clarisse and Python. I just purchased Clarisse iFX Indies and followed the installation wizard leaving everything on default and I get this error
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Failed to initialize the Python Scripting engine.
Please fix the following requirements and restart the application:
- Install Python 2.7 and/or Python 3.7.
- Add Python installation path to PATH.
- In file "C:/Users/XXXXXXXXX/AppData/Roaming/Isotropix/Clarisse/5.0/clarisse.env":
- Set IX_PYTHON*HOME and IX_PYTHON*PATH to match PYTHONHOME and
PYTHONPATH for the chosen Python version.
For more information:
- Visit "https://pythonfix-5-windows.isotropix.com".
- See the User Manual section "Using Clarisse > Configuration and Environment".
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Could anybody help me resolve this? I'm not sure what I should be editing in the env file to solve the error :/
Thanks
