scene setup in XSI,dress MD, the squirrel groom is done in Houdini.
I have a few beginner questions regarding the hairshading workflow in Clarisse, would be nice if someone could help me.
Is it possible to texture your imported strands(one alembic, all strands merged) without using the fur interpolator node?
is there a way to extract the attributes from houdini (f. e. ids, width) in Clarisse and use it for randomizing colors etc.?
and a silly one , but the flatness attribute confuses me completely, the help tells me a value of 1 creates round hair, a value of 0 flat hair, but the slider is in percentage, so if I set it to 100 percent flatness I get round hair(what I want)?
