The program does not run after installation

I have a problem installing a program Isotropix Clarisse iFX When you download the trial version I have installed the form does not work yet What is the problem I use Windows 10 Pro and the latest update :oops:
My computer has been changed twice and the same problem still exists
MB X570 Taichi
Ryzen 7 3700X
Cooler Master Ml240L Rgb
3x1 Raidmax Fan Rgb
Ram Team Dark Z 3200Mhz 2*16G
SSD Crucail P1 M.2 NVME 500G
PSU Cooler Master MWE650 650W 80+ Bronze
Case XPG Inventr
VGA RTX 2060-8G Super Msi Ventus OC
What solved this problem and why?

Hi,

Without more information, we can't help you. Do you see the splash screen, is it freezing or crashing? ... Snapshots may help as well.

The version was installed with the latest update and the problem remains

Hi,

Thanks for the updated video. We can see that the application won't run after it has been installed.
