Ignoring geometry from camera projection?

What is the best way to exclude / ignore certain geometry (let's say group A) for the purpose of a camera-based projection with Camera A of a texture onto another geometry (group B)? Group A and Group B are both visible from another camera B.

But Camera A should project onto group B as if group A does not exist.

Have you tried using the Object Switch texture?
