Like I said. I have tested absolutely all versions of clarisse 5 and only SP4 doesn't have this issue. Which means it works without a problem it seems.

We've reproduced the bug on the exact same GPU (AMD RX 5700 XT 8) with driver version 22.11.2.
Clarisse works correctly with driver version 22.1.1. While we investigate, you can downgrade to that version.
EDIT: the last downloadable driver version that I found that work is version 22.4.1

Thank you soo much. I highly appreciate it <3
I downgraded my gpu driver as you said. I was using latest 22.11.2 which was optional version. The last recommended version of this gpu driver was 22.5.1, so I downgraded it back to that version which is recommended and not optional. Than I installed clarisse 5 SP 9 example and it works without a problem. There is no gizmo glitch anymore. I really had no clue what was going on, why there was such a problem I have never encountered before. Never though downgrading gpu driver would've been the fix. Once again thanks so much!!!!
P.S sorry for late reply.

You're welcome.
By the way, we've fixed the bug on our side and it will be released in the next SP. So you'll be able to update your drivers after that.
