hey guys!

recently re-discovered this one. Very useful script!

One issue I'm running against now however, is that it doesn't pick up the time variance.
Suppose you're inputting alembic bundles into your scatterer... you think it's at all possible to extract that time-variance and set the frame-offset for each converted bundle?

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, it's not yet possible to achieve what you want to do now, but as it is a recurrent demand, we've just added a new method on scene object tree to get the time offset applied on each instances, but it will be available only in the next major release of Clarisse. Sorry about that.

Just a sample showing how to use it when it will be available :

ix.selection[0].get_module().get_instances_time_offset(times)

Does that script posted earlier allow to export an alembic file with scattered things being instances ? I mean not like gazillion unique objects in a huge scene file but still the instances so I could import it to 3d max or Unreal ?
