Procedural Building Generator

I'm looking for a workflow for making procedural buildings?

First step is looking to scatter windows/bricks on cubes with even distribution.

Super new to Clarisse so please be detailed.

Recently we had to make a building under construction that developed over the series.

What I did was create the different levels in maya, so var_01, var_02, var_03 for how far along the building process was, then exported this all in 1 alembic file.

I then referenced and broke the levels up in clarisse into separate combiners, used a point array and a scatterer to scatter all the levels up as high as we needed.

You can then use a gradient to drive the ID number in the scatterer, meaning black would be var_01 and white would be var_03 for instance.

On top of that we did some other scattering to add construction props randomly on each level.
