Clarisse 4.0 SP5b PLE

I read the forum, reinstalled python, the drivers were updated. I did everything they wrote here. But nothing helps.
When you double-click on the program icon, nothing happens, absolutely. Something quickly opens and closes immediately.
I do not know what to do. I saw the lessons on YouTube I wanted to try first. I tried to install version 3, the same thing (((

Intel i7-6700
RAM 32
NVidea 1070ti

Hi,

Is this the first time you install Clarisse?
Your issue could be related to Python or to the tablet drivers.

I tried installing Python younger than it was suggested with the Clarisse installation. Did not help
