Unexpected behaviour

Hello there, i have this scene where i'm trying to apply textures with triplanar, however after a lot of tial and error, following tutorials etc, all should be rather straight forward, and yet i don't get what i'm expecting.

As you can see in the attached image, its just a simple testscene with a landscape geo (geo, not displacement although tried that as well).
All i get is the "top" color applied all over, if i adjust the blend amount to 100% i see a hint at best of some other colors. If i plug 2 textures in for top/bottom and other for the other views, result is the same, the top most texture overpowers everything. I have tried all i could find but i clearly must be doing something wrong or missed something. Any and all help would be great since i just can't get it working like i see others do it.

Hi there
The solution is to change the "projection object space" to "deformed" ..
Reading more careful I noticed I misread it's already a geo ..if that's the case then check if the mesh is properly set not scaled or skewed..
