groom a spline that deforms scattered instances

This is an excellent tutorial from the clarisse website. Especially towards the end when he paints moss on the rock. ... t-creation

Is there is brush that will deform painted geo along a curve in Clarisse 5 ?
for e.g
1.I paint a patch of grass on a stone
2. It creates a curve along the geo in the direction of its normal with predefined segments
3.I use the brush to deform this segment which deforms the geo. Thefore giving me extra capability to wilt and bend geo

Hi there

No that's not possible as clarisse does not access any sub components as of now (like vertices, edges or faces)
You can export points from the particle brush and make them into spines as a guide and there is a curve sample node to use as distribution element.
Also the property paint tool can paint specific properties you define first hand like orientation ..

Other than that using a grooming brush like deforming a curve with it is not possible unless a new item is introduced to be able to do that. You can also fill in a feature request for such a thing of course.
