What's new since Clarisse iFX 2.0 SP1
General
- Fixed command port bad behavior when trying to start multiple instances of Clarisse with command port enabled.
- Fixed command port crash that can occur when its activation state changes in Clarisse settings.
- Fixed default values of PYTHONHOME and PYTHONPATH on OSX to avoid startup python errors.
- Fixed Ilise high CPU usage.
- Fixed a bug that could freeze Clarisse when editing scenes using a live render as a texture.
Object Framework
- Fixed a potential crash when deleting a batch of objects that have references between each others.
- Improved smart groups performance (groups with rules specified).
- Improves the feedback message on exporting context. It now also logs the concerned node(s) of the context for each external item.
- Fixed a crash when renaming an object in an instantiated context.
- When clearing overrides from a Reference context, overridden attributes and objects having overridden attributes are now properly displayed.
User Interface
- Fixed the sorting of item names with number in Browser.
- Fixed a random crashes that could occurs when loading geometries with Material Linker opened.
- Fixed bugs in the display of bounding boxes and in the fit on scaled scene items in 3D View.
- Fixed a crash when using Pick Fit tool on an image with no layer.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when using Search with some specific search patterns.
- Fixed a bug in 3D View where newly created lights were sometimes not selectable.
- Fixed a random crash in Browser when using the filter.
Geometry
- In Point Clouds, It is now possible to set the seed used to compute the random distribution.
Rendering
- Fixed a bug in the rendering of self illuminated volumes: glitches appeared when several volumes were overlapping.
- Fixed a bug in the rendering of volumes where NANs could sometimes appear.
- Fixed a bug on "Invert" attribute of texture nodes which was making textures all black instead of actually inverting the color.
- Fixed a rendering bug that happened on fully transparent volumes.
- Fixed a bug in Standard material that was not computing correctly the refraction when the IOR was textured with a value of 1.
- Fixed a bug in the rendering of OpenVDB geometries that was sometimes displaying lines.
