What's new since Clarisse iFX 2.0 SP4
General
- Favorites folders in file browser can now use environment or Clarisse variables in path. (Example: /$WORKDIR/$SHOW/$SHOT/)
- Fixed issue in ShadingLayer where removing a material from a rule was not working properly.
- Fixed refresh issue on some cases with Shading Layer undo - evaluation wasn't always restarted when necessary.
- Fixed exclusion rules in groups not working with kinematic rules (starting with world://).
- Fixed a crash that could occur when using the utility texture in Custom ID or Object ID mode.
- Fixed ShadingLayer which didn't apply correctly material overrides if a group without override material contains objects with one.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when importing meshes containing unused vertices.
Rendering
- Fixed a bug with camera projection that was also working behind the camera.
- Fixed a bug in the evaluation of motion vectors that occurred when the scene contained a mix of moving objects and static objects.
- Fixed a crash that occurred when a point cloud was referencing a pending object.
- Advanced perspective and alembic cameras now support a new fit mode (Fill) and a lens squeeze ratio in order to be compatible with Maya.
SDK
- Fixed a bug in the python helper ix.render_image() that was rendering images on a single thread.
- Fixed classes initialization so custom classes can be used even when calling Clarisse script directly from python.
