The light field of reflections have subtle light interference details which are sometimes clearly visible in bokehs. Here are some tests with the help of the denoiser:

WIP from my upcoming 3D World tutorial:
If we carefully observe the reflections of the Sun on glossy materials, we can see subtle rainbow-like grainy light interference patterns. These are micro-patterns of the light field, which is more noticeable at this scale. I used noise textures with the Environment projection mode to modulate the reflections based on the viewing angles. While Clarisse correctly samples the differences along the diaphragm, I get these interesting patterns clearly visible in bokehs, as with real photography.
Denoiser luckily interpolates the noisy results with these patterns which look similar to the real ones
