Taiko Studios is looking for Clarisse experts (Remote)!
Posted: Mon Nov 08, 2021 7:26 amTaiko Studios is looking for highly experienced Clarisse software using experts who can use Clarisse and/or other software to do Flying Ride environment model, texture, shader, hair, VFX, lighting compositing, rendering, etc.
We're doing the visuals for a 5-minute long, 6K immersive theme park ride that is similar in format to the Flight of Passage Avatar ride [4K] Flight of Passage Avatar ride - (BEST FOOTAGE) Pandora Disney's Animal Kingdom 60fps WDW - YouTube. Our riders will visually fly through a variety of global landscapes and cultures that have been reimagined with a magical twist. Throughout their journey across deserts, jungles, oceans, and clouds, there will be close encounters with enchanted beasts and mythical heroes as well.

Link to the art reference deck(upon NDA signed) that details our aim for each region of the ride (Central Asia, Greece, India, Persia, Rome, China, Russia). There will be creatures and magical animals in each region that need to be revised to be less "scary" than some of the references. Otherwise, the 7 regions and their layout are pretty much locked by the client at this point.
The project production time:
10 months, July 1, 2021, to April 28, 2022.
Resolution: 6K (6240 X 5616)
Frame Rate: 60 frames per second
Projection: 6 projections with 4D resolution
Size of the Screen: 240 square meters
