Hi,
I'm fairly new to Clarisse 4.0 and its shading, I come from and Arnold background and want to create a realistic shader for vegetation, leaves etc..
Can someone help explain what double sided does on the standard shader?
should I be using back lighting and should I be plugging in my diffuse maps into both front and back of the standard shader?
does SSS work on planes?
No matter what I change or slide with these setting I don't see much difference, I've looked over the documentation but in comparison to Arnolds docs and youtube tutorial series such as Arvids videos Clarisse seems to be lacking
