How to mirror/flip/flop geo?

Unread postby kai01w » Thu Jan 10, 2019 9:35 pm

Hi,

sorry for what sounds a bit like a beginners question: how do I mirror geometry in Clarisse, i.e. flip along one of it's axis? As soon as I just scale negatively, it completely breaks the shading....

thanks.

Hello Kai (great name btw :) )

Scale does work if you use SP6 or higher, there is a simple option in the shader for sidedness. Set it to either invers or double.
This way you will have no problem with the inverted normals of your mesh when scaled by -1

Cheers
