Arnold Volume Displacement in Clarisse?

Unread postby Ken_M » Sun Mar 17, 2019 9:44 am

Hi,
I was exploring how to use the 'surface volume' in Clarisse with imported OBJs... and adding cellular noise to get different effects.

I came across an Arnold tutorial on how to do some fairly crazy stuff with camera-mapped noise. I was wondering if anything like like was possible in Clarisse or what tools I might need to get my hands on to bring import something like this in:

I was just wondering because some of the documentation states that the materials in Clarisse are based on a similar model as what's in Arnold.

Thank you for any insights!
